Refund policy

In English:
RETURNS
  • If you wish to exchange or return your item(s), you can do within 14 days from the date of receiving your package.
  • The item(s) will need to be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn.
  • We do not offer free returns, so you will need to send the package back at your own cost.
  • If you have been sent an incorrect item, we will refund this back to you. Please contact us at info@theriff.fi.
  • Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk. Please remember to retain proof of sending.
  • Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment. Please allow 14 working days from when we receive your package for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email once this has been completed.
  • The Riff is not responsible for lost packages.

You must return all items in their original condition for a full refund, excluding our shipping costs.

PALAUTUKSET

  • Voit palauttaa tilaamasi tuotteet 14 päivän sisällä paketin vastaanottamisesta. 
  • Palautettavien tuotteiden tulee olla täysin käyttämättömiä, alkuperäisessä kunnossaan.
  • Valitettavasti emme tällä hetkellä tarjoa ilmaista palautusta.
  • Mikäli vastaanottamasi tuote on väärä tai viallinen, olethan meihin välittömästi sähköpostitse yhteydessä osoitteeseen info@theriff.fi.
  • Asiakas on vastuussa ilman seurantakoodia lähetetyistä palautuksista. Muistathan säilyttää palautuskuitin!
  • Palautukset hyvitetään maksutavan mukaisella tavalla 14 vuorokauden sisällä palautuksen vastaanottamisesta. Saat hyvityksen jälkeen vahvistuksen sähköpostitse.
  • The Riff ei ole vastuussa postissa kadonneista lähetyksistä.
