All orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days.

The Riff is not liable for the delay in a late or failed delivery of your items. The delivery lead time quoted in your order confirmation is an approximation only

All orders will be shipped from Finland (EU). If you're ordering outside the EU, please note the local taxes and possible delivery duties are not included in the shipping costs. Please contact your local customs to calculate these costs.

Customers from non-EU countries are exempt from paying the Finnish VAT when they place their order, but are responsible for possible customs, local VAT and similar expenses in their own country. Please note that we are unable to calculate these possible expenses at checkout. Contact your local customs official if you need help calculating customs duties and local VAT for your order.

If the custom duties and taxes are not handled, the shipment will be viewed as delivered and remains non-refundable.
